For all cases you wish to return or change the product you bought you must inform us within 2 days from the date of receipt of your order at email@example.com or by phone 2310 531014 Monday – Friday 10:0014:00.
In case of damage to the item through the fault of the courier or ours, we undertake free replacement as long as you inform us within 2 days from the day of receipt of the order. The procedure is as follows: after contacting by email or phone, we send you the new product and when they deliver it to you, the original is given back.
In case of desire to replace or change the product there is the possibility only for a product of equal or greater value of the order. The buyer is charged with shipping costs plus the difference in value of the product of the change he wishes.
Return / replacement conditions:
The product must be in its original condition intact, without any damage or defects together with the accompanying tabs and the packaging.
The product must be returned within 10 days.
You can cancel your order at any time as long as it has not been completed.
